Dimensions
Each Allform piece varies by components which will alter the dimensions of your product. Having said that, here is how to understand the dimensions of your piece:

Width: The measurement from left to right when you are staring directly, head on to your product.

For example: The width of a 3-seat sofa is 90".

Depth: The measurement from front to back when you are staring directly, head on to your product. This measurement can vary depending on if you choose a chaise and/or a corner sectional.

Example #1: The depth of a 3-seat sofa is 38".
Example #2: The depth of a 3-seat sofa with chaise is 61".


Height: The measurement from the top of the back of the sofa to the floor. The height on every Allform piece is 34".
Each Allform piece features extra-large seating for a more comfortable sitting experience.

Width: The measurement from left to right of each individual seat when you are staring directly, head on to your product. Each seat has a 27" width. Please note, corners have different dimensions.

Depth: The measurement from front to back of each individual seat when you are staring directly, head on to your product. Each seat has a 24" depth. Please note, corners have different dimensions.

Height: The measurement from the top of each seat cushion to the floor. Each seat height is 17"
Each Allform chaise can be flipped and used on either side of your sofa.

Width: The measurement from left to right of each individual chaise cushion when you are staring directly, head on to your product. Each chaise has a 27" width.

Depth: The measurement from front to back of each individual chaise cushion when you are staring directly, head on to your product. Each seat has a 47" depth.

Height: The measurement from the top of each chaise cushion to the floor. Each chaise height is 17"
Each Allform piece standard arms across all products.

Width: The measurement from left to right of each individual arm when you are staring directly, head on to your product. Each seat has a 4.5" width.

Depth: The measurement from front to back of each individual arm when you are staring directly, head on to your product. Each seat has a 38" depth.

Height: The measurement from the top of each arm to the floor. Each arm height is 25"
We offer 3 types of legs for each Allform piece. The leg height for all options is 6" tall.
Part of the magic of Allform is that each piece is modular, allowing you to design your furniture any way you like!

That means that for some of our sectional pieces with a higher number of seats, there are multiple options for how you construct your product based on the number of seats on either side of the corner.
Yes! The chaise is movable and can be used on either the left or right side of the sofa, which you prefer.
Materials & Manufacturing
Our sofas are constructed with Maple and Poplar hardwood plyboards. They are SFI Certified kiln-dried laminated hardwood - significantly harder and more durable than standard softwoods.

Absolutely not! Our sofas are free of any PBDEs and formaldehyde.
Our seat cushions are made from high-grade polyurethane foam. They are topped with a fiber-crown, which consists of 20% or more plant-based fibers, to provide maximum loft and comfort. 

We use semi-aniline leather with natural grain, which protects it from normal wear and use. Our leather is sourced from North and South American hides tanned in Mexico.
Our performance fabric is a 55,000 double rub polyester. It is pill scratch, scratch, and stain resistant; great for those with pets and/or children! 
Our sofas are entirely hand-crafted and produced in the United States in North Carolina.
Orders
Orders can be placed directly through our website, allform.com. Our product pages offer visual guides to help you create the perfect sofa setup for your home. We accept all major credit card payments directly through the website in addition to financing options through Katapult and Klarna. Don’t forget, our team is here to help via live chat and email with any questions you have! 
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once an order ships. Orders typically ship out within a few business days of ordering, but you can always check the status of your order here.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order is placed and a separate email with more details on the delivery and assembly process soon after. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with FedEx tracking and an estimated delivery date. You will also receive an email confirming that your order was delivered. 
Once your order has been placed, we will not be able to add additional items or change the color and model included in your order. If you need an item canceled from your order before it ships, contact us at help@allform.com and we will be happy to help!
If you don’t absolutely love your Allform, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within the first 100 days. If you would like to try out a different color or model, you have two options: 
  1. You are welcome to order your new model first and then return your original Allform for a refund. 
  2. You can return your original Allform first and be refunded before placing a new order. 
Yes! As soon as your order is placed through our website, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at help@allform.com
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at help@allform.com. You can also contact us via live chat on our website. A member of our team will be happy to help with your cancellation and refund right away. 
If part of your Allform arrives damaged, please contact our team right away and we will be happy to help. You can reach us at help@allform.com or via live chat on our website. We will request a photo of your damaged item in order to offer the best solution moving forward. 
At Allform, it’s important to us that you love your new sofa and are proud to offer a 100 Day Trial to make sure you do. If you decide during your first 100 days that you don’t absolutely love your Allform, just let us know and we’ll help you begin the return process. Returns within the first 100 days are eligible for a full refund and the return process is completely free to you. 
Payment, Financing, Promos & Gift Cards
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. We offer financing through our partner, Klarna. 
We’ve partnered with both Klarna and Katapult to offer customers flexibility in their payment choices. Please also note that Klarna loans are not currently available for residents of West Virginia, Iowa, and New Hampshire. To learn more, please visit our financing page.
Yes! You can use a promo code with any type of order.
You will be charged in full as soon as you complete the checkout process on our website. If you finance your purchase with one of our partners, you will be contacted directly by that partner after your purchase to set up your payment plan. 
Sales tax is applied to orders being shipped to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Additionally, Canadian orders will incur a customs tax that is applied during checkout. Individual postal code rates may apply.
Only one promo code or coupon is permitted per order, so use the best one you have!
Discount or referral codes can be applied retroactively so long as you bring this to our attention within 48 hours after placing your order. Simply send an email to help@allform.com that includes your Order Confirmation number and the discount/referral code you'd like to use. No more than one discount or referral code can be applied at a time.
Delivery
We cannot provide an exact delivery date. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information with an estimated delivery date.
FedEx delivers on Saturday and Sunday to most residential addresses in the US. If you have specific delivery needs, we recommend you sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager, a free service that gives you more control over your deliveries. 
All of our packages are shipped via FedEx Ground and do not require signature for delivery. If you’re not home to receive your delivery, FedEx may leave your package outside your home, in a secure location.
Your Allform order will be delivered via FedEx Ground. You will not receive a call for delivery since you do not have to be home when it arrives.
Your delivery will come via FedEx Ground, so this will not be an issue. You will receive your order like any other delivery sent via FedEx Ground.
We recommend placing your order roughly one week before you can accept a delivery.
Keep in mind that Allform orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. If that window has passed, send an email over to help@allform.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you. If your order has already shipped, you can also reach out to FedEx for information on the shipment and delivery. 
All packages are sent via FedEx Ground without the need for signature confirmation. However, your FedEx driver reserves the right to hold the package until a signature is obtained in the event they are not confident they can release your package safely.
We do not currently offer set-up for your Allform. Your order will arrive at your door within 3-7 business days via FedEx Ground. We will provide you with set-up instructions. You can also check out this video here on how to assemble your sofa.
No, we do not offer removal of your old sofa at this time.
Shipping
We provide free shipping to all orders via FedEx Ground! There is currently no option to pay for expedited shipping.
We ship to all 50 states in the US.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground. We'll confirm with you via email the expected delivery window once your order is placed. Right now, orders may take up to 10 weeks to ship. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Once your order has shipped, we will email you your FedEx tracking number to keep track of your order. You can also opt-in to receive text updates to keep a closer eye on your order. You can enter your phone number via your order or shipping confirmation page.
We currently ship to all 50 states (including Hawaii and Alaska) and do not ship internationally at this time.
At this time, we are unable to provide shipping to any of these types of addresses per regulations with FedEx.
We currently ship via FedEx Ground. Each piece of your sofa will ship in its own box at the same time. Orders are delivered within 5-10 business days.
We’ll send you an email to let you know your order is on its way to you. You can also opt in to receive text updates once you have placed your order.
You should receive your order within 10 weeks, depending on the specific fabric color. Unfortunately we’re not able to offer expedited production or shipping at this time.
Accidents can happen during shipping! The box will protect most mishaps, but if your delivery arrives damaged, let our team know at help@allform.com. Please send over a few photos of the damage for us to investigate and we will help you with the best solution.
Yes, your sofa order will ship in individual pieces at the same time. You will receive a master tracking number to track your order. If you purchased pillows, those will ship separately.
If you need to change your shipping address, email help@allform.com as soon as possible. Once a package has been shipped, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager services to update your shipping information and/or redirect a package to a new address.
Packaging
Your Allform will be delivered via FedEx and will arrive in different boxes based on the section inside. You’ll have: 

  • One box for your arm pieces, legs, and hardware
  • One box for each seat 
  • Two boxes for each chaise
  • Two boxes for each corner piece including hardware and legs for the corner

For example: 

A four-seat sofa with a chaise will arrive in SIX total boxes: 

  • One box for your arms pieces, legs, and hardware
  • Three boxes for the seats 
  • One box for the chaise 
  • One box for the chaise cushion 

Pillows and ottomans ship separately in their own boxes.

Your furniture will be packaged by module: arms, seats, chaises, and corners. Arms and Seats are shipped in 1 box. Corners and Chaises ship in two boxes. The packaging itself is industrial strength corrugate. We insert additional corner pieces and liners to keep your product as safe as possible.
Assembly
Assembly is 100% tooless! Everything you need to assemble your sofa will be provided in your delivery. You’ll also receive assembly instructions with your order.
Yes! Depending on your specific design, you can add seats. Let us know and we’re happy to send you an order to complete for extra seats.
Our sofa legs screw directly into the bottom of the seat.
Yes! Our chaise is also modular, and it can be interchanged with any regular seat cushion. The chaise cushion itself is also reversible (can be flipped top / bottom).
Yes! You would need to order an Arm module, which would come with all necessary Hardware, including legs. Please reach out to help@allform.com for guidance.
Yes! You would need to order a Corner module, which would come with all necessary Hardware, including legs. Please reach out to help@allform.com for guidance.
Yes! That said, you would need to order a new module(s) to create your expanded sofa. Any new module would come with all necessary Hardware, including legs. Please reach out to help@allform.com for assistance.
Yes! Simply reach out to help@allform.com to help place the order. Just let us know the number of legs you would like and the finish, and we will create the order for you.

Cleaning & Care
Yes! Your Allform fabric cushions, including corner and chaise cushions, can be reversed from top to bottom as needed. Cushions on leather Allform models are not reversible.
Your Allform fabric sofa is designed to be resistant to spills and stains. In most cases, the fabric on your Allform can simply be wiped clean with an absorbent cloth or sponge. If liquids are allowed to seep into the fabric, you should pat dry and absorb the liquid. Water based cleaners can be used to treat stains and spills on the exterior of the fabric.
Your leather Allform will require little or no care during normal usage but the use of a quality leather conditioner every 6-12 months is recommended. For spills and stains, you should blot excess liquid with a clean, absorbent cloth or sponge. If necessary, use lukewarm water to gently clean the stain and allow to air dry. For stubborn stains, we recommend using a mild solution of Ivory soap and clear, lukewarm water to treat the spot. Please avoid the use of saddle soaps, oils, abrasive cleaners, soaps, furniture polish, oils, varnish or ammonia water.

Yes! The cushions on your Allform can be easily removed, but should not be removed for machine wash.
Allform fabric sofas are a great option for homes with pets. We use a high-quality performance fabric that is stain, pill, and scratch resistant. 
Allform fabric sofas are a great option for homes with small children. We use a high-quality fabric that is stain, pill, and scratch resistant. Allform fabric sofas are also easily cleaned in the event of spills and stains. In most cases, the fabric on your Allform can simply be wiped clean with an absorbent cloth or sponge. If liquids are allowed to seep into the fabric, you should only use dry solvents or non-water based cleaners to treat stains and spills. Please avoid water-based cleaning methods. 
Returns and Warranty
We offer a 100 Day Relaxin’ Trial which allows you to return your sofa for a full refund if it’s not a fit for you. The 100 Day Trial begins on the day your Allform sofa is delivered. Be sure to request your return before the 100 days is over, and we'll arrange for your sofa to be removed by one of our removal partners. Once removed, we'll issue a full refund. We cannot accept return requests outside the trial period.

To initiate a return, email help@allform.com with the subject line “Return Request - [Your Order #]”. In the body of the email, include the full name on the order and a description of what’s prompting your return. We do our best to donate returned sofas locally. If we cannot donate it, we'll have a trusted recycling partner remove it from your home.

Only up to two returns of any sofas per customer, household, and/or delivery address is permitted.
No problem! You won’t need the original packaging to request a return. We’ll work with a local donation or recycling partner to take away your sofa for you.
We’ll issue your refund once you confirm that your Allform sofa has been removed from your home. Depending on the partner, we may request documentation to issue your refund. Once issued, refunds normally take 5-7 business days to process (it can be up to 10 business days for some banking institutions). If you paid through our financing partners, your refund will be reflected on your account within 3-5 business days.
We cannot accept any returns that after the 100 Day Trial has passed.
No, the return process is completely free to you. We work with pickup partners in your area to have your Allform picked up around your availability. We do our best to have returned sofas recycled or donated whenever possible.
Once a refund has been issued, it takes 5-7 business days for the credit to be reflected back onto your original form of payment (up to 10 business days for some banking institutions). If you paid through our financing partners, your refund will be reflected on your account within 3-5 business days. If it has been beyond 10 business days, please let us know and we're happy to assist!
