That’s why we’re happy to put your mind at ease with our 100 Day Trial Period so you can be confident with your sofa selection and purchase. Our goal is to help you find the perfect sofa for your space and ensure that you absolutely love it before deciding whether to keep it. Here’s what you should know about the trial period:

We’re giving you the chance to try out your new sofa in your own home to decide whether it’s right for your seating needs and style preferences. The 100 Day Trial Period begins on the day of delivery and includes a 7-day break-in period where we expect the foams in your sofa cushions to soften just a bit after they’re unpacked and set up. After those initial 7 days, though, you are eligible for a return and full refund any time during the rest of the 100 days.

Instead of spending just a few minutes bouncing on a sofa inside a store, we thought it would be the best experience for you to relax on your new sofa like you would, normally — in the comfort of your own home. 

Everyone has different tastes — individual preferences for how their sofa should feel and look and fit into their space. 

Maybe your sofa is just a bit too big? No problem at all!

Just let us know and we can process a return on individual seat modules or sofa accessories and issue a prorated refund on your purchase.

But maybe you decide that it’s just not going to work out. Don’t worry about it!

If you decide during your 100 Day Trial Period that your Allform sofa just isn’t what you expected or need, we’re here to help. Just contact our Customer Experience team to begin the return process and we’ll arrange for a pickup partner to collect your sofa around your availability. We do our very best to ensure each and every returned product is either recycled or donated. Once your sofa has been picked up by one of our partners, we’ll issue a full refund back to your original method of payment.
